Natural heat, local energy.
A cycle that begins in our forests.
With its wood-chip district heating plants, Tarchini Group has adopted an energy model based on a renewable resource deeply rooted in the local area: timber from Ticino. The heat generated is distributed to the buildings through a dedicated network, providing a practical alternative to traditional heating systems and reducing reliance on fossil fuels.

This technology combines continuity of service, consumption monitoring and lower emissions, making it particularly suitable for property complexes, commercial areas and large spaces. The project’s value extends beyond its environmental benefits: the use of locally sourced wood chips encourages more active forest management, supports Ticino’s forestry supply chain and transforms a natural local resource into useful energy for buildings.
