Palazzo Gargantini was built by Giovan Battista Gargantini in 1927 on the basis of a project designed by the architects Bongi and Bordonzotti. It was first restructured in 1993 by the famous architect Balestra and more recently in 2003. The building consists of 6 floors and welcomes various residential as well as commercial units, all characterized by finishings of the highest standards.
 
From its doorstep, in two short minutes you can reach the very central Piazza Riforma, where the Lugano City Hall is located.
