Choose your favourite living solution from 8 1 ½-room flats (30 sq m) and 30 2 ½-room flats (58 sq m): they are all units with south-facing windows, to better welcome the brightness of the sun and the warmth of the mild Mediterranean climate. Each flat has a private terrace or garden and above all is barrier-free, allowing you to move around in total freedom and ease. Also at your disposal are a larger communal garden, a vegetable garden and a room for social activities where you can pleasantly entertain your fellow residents. 

Designed with the needs of third and fourth age people in mind, the Residence offers an intermediate living solution where, in collaboration with the Mendrisiotto and Basso Ceresio Association for Assistance and Care at Home, there is a qualified operator (Social Guardian) who is responsible for providing and coordinating care, assistance, prevention and socialisation services. You can thus organise your time in absolute freedom, choosing the privacy and intimacy of your own flat or relaxing and enjoying yourself by taking part in socialising activities in the company of the other residents.
